The full-bodied bottle from Daniele's Acetaia receives intensive care. A specialty balsamic vinegar has been created here. This means that this balsamic vinegar has been maturing for more than 12 years and is constantly becoming more concentrated. Not only does it become sweeter, but it has also felt all the environmental influences over the years: The cold of winter, the heat of hot days - remember the hot summer of 2003 - and matures for more than a generation.
