Daniele at Fronwagplatz 7 in Schaffhausen will make your mouth water: Here you can find Italian specialties as far as the eye can see! The assortment ranges from freshly made pasta - tagliatelle, ravioli and tortelloni with various fillings, as well as gnocchi di patate, lasagne and polpettone di spinaci - to ready-made parmiggiana di melanzane and small pizzettas: all handmade with love, of course!
Pesto, olives and other „sottoli“, various cheeses, cured ham and sausage specialties are also temptingly presented in the display. Also on offer - of course! - dried pasta in all imaginable forms, herb and spice mixtures, mostarda and sughi, Italian wines, grappas and liquors and the Aceto Balsamico, Condimento Balsamico Bianco and Condimela produced in the company's own Acetaia in the Mühlental. Plus olive oil, which has been sourced from the same company in Maremma for 32 years.
