Shipping costs, types
The goods are shipped to the customer by Daniele in cooperation with DHL. The freight costs are listed below:
Free shipping from an order total of Swiss francs (CHF) 55.00.
Delivery time of 3 working days in Switzerland and Lichtenstein:
There is a charge of CHF 8.60 for smaller order totals.
When sending parcels to more than one different delivery address, the customer must contribute to the cost price of packaging and delivery. Daniele will be happy to provide the customer with a quote.
Deliveries to addresses outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein are made by DHL.
Only the cost price will be charged. These are shown in the order confirmation. Swiss value added tax is not applicable. A special discount may be granted. Taxes in the recipient country are borne by the customer.
The total amount of goods may not exceed 250.00 Swiss francs (CHF) per order placed.
Collection
Orders can be collected from the store or from production. There are no additional costs for the customer.
The production center is open Tuesday to Saturday from 06.00 - 12.00. Use the right gate.

FAQ
Can lasagne or ravioli (fresh products) be frozen?
-> Of course yes. But keep one important point in mind: not everything at once, not everything in the same compartment. Give the freezer time to freeze everything quickly
Defrost or prepare frozen?
-> Pour the ravioli from the freezer directly into the boiling water. Leave the lasagne to defrost overnight - then bake as if it were fresh.
How do I pay for a home delivery?
-> Preferably by card. Daniele has a mobile card terminal. EC and credit cards work. The device is disinfected. Cash payment is also possible and works like this: you always pay just CHF 100.00 (or 200, or 300) and Daniele adds the return money to the next one hundred francs of the order.
How do I send the home delivery form?
-> 2 paths, one goal
With email client (Outlook, Thunderbird etc.):
fill out the form according to your wishes. Maybe you need pasta, or a lasagna? Some cold cuts? Tell us the delivery time and payment method. Click the «Send» button to send the form to Daniele.
With webmail:
as in the step above. Now «save» the form with your order on your computer. Open your email service (Bluewin, GMX, GMail etc.) in your browser. Create a new e-mail message. Use the paper clip to insert the form into the message. You may send the message without comment. (Please write a short subject line).
When will an inquiry or order be processed?
-> Inquiries via e-mail and homepage are processed from Tuesday to Friday. Online store orders received by 10.00 a.m. from Tuesday to Friday will be processed on the same day, all other orders on the following working day.
When do deliveries take place?
-> From 09.00 - 12.00 in the morning, with a second slot from 15.00 - 18.00 in the afternoon in case of high demand.
Visiting the store during the lockdown?
-> Daniele has implemented the official regulations. The aim is to ensure that our customers and employees can shop and work not only in a pleasant but also in a safe environment.
Revocation / Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw from the order, you may do so informally, without giving reasons. Daniele will give you two weeks to do so. Please return the package with sufficient postage or bring it to us in person. The transaction will be canceled and your transfer amount will be returned to you without deduction. The prerequisite for this is that the goods are received by us on time, in their original packaging, without signs of use and with postage paid.
Exchange
Would you like to exchange the products you have received? This is possible within ten days. Send the package back to us with sufficient postage or bring it to us in person. We will be happy to exchange the products at your request.
If there is a difference in your favor, you will receive a goods voucher for a later purchase. If there is a difference in our favor, Daniele will issue you with a new invoice.
You may use the revocation and exchange processes once per order.
Please note: Whether withdrawing or exchanging, in all cases the goods must be received by us on time, in their original packaging, without signs of use and with postage paid. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.
