Not rustic at all. Rosemary is loved and revered by many. It is fair to say that these extracts from rosemary needles are very fine. It adds a certain elegance to your dishes. Think of fresh wild mushrooms, briefly sautéed, salt, pepper and a little rosemary oil, served on slices of toasted bread with a little cottage cheese. Or drizzled on the meat after grilling - a class of its own!
