Founded in 1806, Antica Macelleria Falorni in Greve / Chanti has been producing first-class meat products, especially salami, for nine generations.

Following recipes that have always been handed down from father to son, various fine varieties are produced, such as Grevigiano, Cinghiale, Toro, Nobile, Montanaro, Peperoncina and Finocchiona.

They are all characterized by a particularly fine, intense seasoning and long-lasting taste.

They are produced using traditional, artisanal techniques and only the finest ingredients are used.

We also take enough time to ensure an optimal product: the salami matures for up to 6 months. If ordered in advance, the salami, which weighs around 450 grams, is delivered fresh in the degree of firmness requested by our customers.
