There are countless olive oils that are flavored with truffles. But there are very few like this one from Umbria. Fortunati offers a flavored extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality and you will notice it. Pour just a thin thread of this oil on a risotto al tartufo and it transforms the dish into an elegant specialty. Personally, I am a fan of omelettes with mixed wild mushroom and truffle oil.
