On the following pages, Daniele would like to introduce you to his passion and work. Let us whet your appetite and show you how the specialties are created.
Schaffhausen produces its own balsamic vinegar in exactly the same way as in Italy. The only difference is that must from the regional Pinot Noir and Riesling Silvaner grapes, or apples, is used.
Daniele has been making fresh pasta every day since 1985. You will find over two dozen different fresh pasta products and sauces in our store.
