Description
Italian culinary tradition dictates that a meal always starts with antipasti (we recommend crespelle – paper-thin pancakes – with spinach). Then comes the first course or primo piatto: Pasta with tomato sauce, refined with a dash of olive oil. The main course consists of a meat dish accompanied by the risotto. The torroncini provide a little sweetness to finish off the sumptuous dinner or cenetta.
