A speciality product, our three-star balsamic vinegar will impress you with its depth of flavour and long-lasting aftertaste.

Following a lengthy storing and maturing phase – 12 years in a “battery” of barrels, to be precise – this intensely flavoured balsamic vinegar moves up to the next quality grade and is awarded three stars. You will be able to taste the difference when you brush it over roast beef or drizzle some over ripe berries. The three stars make themselves known in just a few drops.
