Sugo pomodoro e basilico

Description

A round, harmonious tomato sauce which tastes just like a sugo when warmed up – just like Grandmother’s cooking. There is a small trick for improving the taste of the sauce even further: Add one tablespoon of olive oil to eggless pasta for every four people to enhance the flavour of this tomato sauce. For pasta containing egg, add a generous piece of butter. Follow these rules when warming up your sugo, and it will taste simply superb.
