Sugo alle verdure

Description

Prepared using four different vegetables, this sugo contains aubergine, courgette cubes, carrots and celery. A very rich sugo, it is perfect with a small amount of butter for an even more refined flavour. This sugo can also be used as a base for making a delicious ratatouille.
