Risotto funghi porcini e zafferano

An extremely refined risotto that is enjoyed in the North of Italy. Saffron and porcini mushrooms are the basis of this fine dish. Melt a little butter onto this ready-made risotto for a delicacy that is perfect as either a stand-alone dish or as a side dish.
