Risotto con asparagi

In Spring, the time has arrived. Green asparagus ripens and, together with risotto, is interwoven into a dish. The intense taste of the dried asparagus is incredible. After 19 to 21 minutes of cooking, these elegant stalks have a well defined consistency. Season with Sbrinz, or with Parmesan and olive oil.
