Intermezzo Spruzzante is the perfect gift set for taking to a friend’s place for aperitivo (traditional Italian pre-dinner drinks and nibbles). We call it “sparkling” because the prosecco is excellent quality and the canapés are quick to prepare.

La Reinese Carciofini artichoke hearts, 200 g drained
Creamy red pepper purée, 130 g
Puglia Sapori taralli, 350 g
3x torroncini, 80 g each
Note: All products have a minimum four-month expiry date
Description
Fill the taralli (little teroidal breadsticks) with an artichoke heart and spread the creamy red pepper purée on a tangy piece of goat’s cheese. Wash everything down with a glass or two of delicious prosecco. The torroncini provide a touch of sweetness to finish.
