Salame della Macelleria Falorni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fondata nel 1806, l'Antica Macelleria Falorni di Greve \/ Chanti produce prodotti a base di carne di prima qualit\u00e0, in particolare salumi, da nove generazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seguendo le ricette che da sempre si tramandano di padre in figlio, si producono diverse variet\u00e0 pregiate, come Grevigiano, Cinghiale, Toro, Nobile, Montanaro, Peperoncina e Finocchiona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sono tutti caratterizzati da una stagionatura particolarmente fine e intensa e da un sapore duraturo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sono prodotti con tecniche tradizionali e artigianali e vengono utilizzati solo i migliori ingredienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ci prendiamo anche il tempo necessario per ottimizzare il prodotto: il salame matura fino a 6 mesi. Se ordinati in anticipo, i salami, che pesano circa 450 grammi, vengono consegnati freschi nel grado di compattezza richiesto dai nostri clienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
