Description
There are uncountable different olive oils that are aromatised with truffle, but there are not many like this one from Umbria. Fortunati offers an aromatised extra-virgin olive oil of the highest quality, as you will not fail not notice. Drizzle just a thin thread of this oil over a risotto al tartufo and it will turn the dish into a refined delicacy. Personally, I am a fan of omelets with mixed porcini mushrooms and truffle oil.
