Salami by Macelleria Falorni
Established in 1806 in Greve in Chianti, Antica Macelleria Falorni has been producing meat-based products of the highest quality – most particularly, salami – for nine generations.
Following recipes which have been handed down from father to son for centuries, a wide variety of high-quality products, such as Grevigiano, Cinghiale, Toro, Nobile, Montanaro, Peperoncina and Finocchiona, are created. All are characterised by their particularly fine and intense seasoning and lingering taste.
They are produced by hand using traditional techniques and only choice ingredients. Time, too, is important for the perfect product: The salami mature for up to six months. The pre-ordered salami, weighing around 450 g and in the requested consistency, are delivered fresh to our customers.
