Fig Mostarda

Description

This fruit mustard made from figs originates in Ticino and is the forerunner in our range. Balanced in terms of spiciness, taste and fruitiness, it can accompany not just cheese, but also dried meats. It works particularly well in creations that do not appear on its fact sheet: For white meat marinades or in salad dressings.
