Did you know it was you who told us that Daniele should make a light balsamic vinegar? And we didn’t need telling twice: Daniele was happy to rise to the challenge and set about making a white balsamic vinegar from the must of regional Müller-Thurgau grapes.
The result of that short development period is a balsamico bianco that adds flavour to a salad without adding colour. Our customers love its light freshness so much that we offer the condiment in a big bottle too, to stop it running out quite so quickly.
