Daniele classic five-star balsamic vinegar

As part of a food exhibition in a metropolitan area of Switzerland, Daniele gave a short presentation on its “five-star” vinegar to a highly receptive audience. It was reactions like these – eyes lighting up and positive comments – that pushed this multi-generational project forward.

Surprise turned into success, and Daniele’s oldest balsamic vinegar proved exceptionally popular. We were a little taken aback by this, as our “classic” balsamic hadn’t even been bottled ready for sale yet. But soon, as Daniele celebrated its 30th anniversary, the first limited edition was able to be released.

This balsamic vinegar is the distillate of countless vintages of Pinot Noir must, the essence of all the different woods used for the batteries, and is used like an elixir to enrich a meal with just a few drops.
