Mild and easy-to-digest red grape vinegar, 500 ml

Description

Our aim was to create a vinegar that was not as sharp as wine vinegar but not as sweet as balsamic vinegar. Daniele interpreted this as a mild, easily digestible red grape vinegar that can be used to make wonderfully tasty vinaigrettes and salad dressings with a slightly southern flavour:

Slightly acidic but with a fantastic fruitiness to it.

I use this vinegar to dress Greek salad, for example, or I brush it lightly over thinly sliced boiled beef with some onions and a little salt and pepper.
